What are Eternal Blooms?

Our Eternal Blooms come from beautiful, high quality sustainable flower farms all over the world.  Each flower is grown to full potential with utmost care, then hand-picked at its prime state.  Following this, it is gently coated with a non-toxic solution to produce the vibrant colours that are delivered to your door.

Are the Eternal Blooms real?

100% Yes! All of our Eternal Blooms are very much real, fresh flowers cultivated globally. 

Do Eternal Blooms actually last over an entire year?

Yes! Our Eternal Blooms will last up to three years with the correct care.  Please learn more here on how to care for your blooms.  Our flowers exceed all expectations when compared to regular store-bought flowers that usually only last a week and need to be discarded.

How are the Eternal Blooms made?

They go through a preservation process.  A non-toxic solution and colour pigmentation process is undergone to ensure the flowers remain fresh.  They are then coated in a range of beautiful colours.

Can I take the Eternal Blooms out of the box?

No.  Please leave the Eternal Blooms in the box for the entire lifespan of the arrangement.  They are carefully hand placed within each box and removing them will impair the arrangement. 

How do I take care of my Eternal Blooms?

Product care is very minimal with our Eternal Blooms.  The preservation process ensures that our blooms are preserved at their prime beauty and so watering is not necessary.  Please learn more here on how to care for your blooms.

What type of Eternal Blooms do you offer?

We offer arrangements of different sizes, colours and settings.  From our Parisian styled boxes, to velvet boxes, acrylic jewellery boxes, single roses and many more - there is a wide variety to choose from to suit your specific needs.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please refer to express and standard shipping options at checkout.  

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we offer express shipping options available at checkout which start at $15 AUD.  In this case, we will accelerate your order and our team will prioritise the preparation of your floral arrangement.  We will aim to have your order dispatched from our warehouse the same day or next business day depending on the time of day the order was placed.  For more information on our express shipping options please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same day shipping however we are offering scheduled day shipping for at least 3 days after the order date. This means you can still ensure your eternal blooms are received for special dates/occasions. 

Do you deliver during weekends?

Yes, we offer scheduled day shipping on Saturdays. The date must be at least 3 days after the order date. 

I want to order for a future date? Is this possible?

Yes absolutely! We are offering scheduled day shipping for at least 3 days after the order date. This means you can still ensure your Eternal Blooms are received for special dates/occasions. 

Can I send my flowers anonymously?

Yes - please add your note in the comment box during checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Please note that we don’t offer refunds or exchanges due to each arrangement being custom and hand made specifically.  If you have any questions in regards to your order please contact us on info@novaandbloom.com.

Order arrived damaged?

Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement.  You will need to send us an email with photos attached on info@novaandbloom.com and we will assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

No, our arrangements are not eligible for any cancellations as all orders are final.

Do you cater for corporate functions/parties and other private events? 

Yes we certainly do.  Please send us an email on info@novaandbloom.com with your details and we will get back to you.

Can I create a custom/personalised order?
